Q: How much advance notice must be given to book studio time?

There is no advance notice requirement. Although likelihood of availability increases with further advanced notice, as long as studio/engineer is available, the time can be scheduled.

Q: What genres do you record?

We are able to record any genre of music. Group recordings may require further accommodations. Contact for further details.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept nearly all forms of payment including: Most Major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Circle Pay, Checks and Cash

Q: How should I send my files for mixing?

The ideal formats for submission are as follows:

24-bit, 44.1 kHz, .wav or .aiff files, compressed into a .zip folder

Q: What type of equipment do you use?

Artists will have the choice of Mics ranging from AKG, Aston, Avantone, Golden Age Premier, and Neumann, along with the option of using the Neve 1073 preamp. Recording/Mixing will be done on Pro Tools or Logic Pro X using a suite of plugins from companies such as Waves, Fabfilter, Universal Audio, Antares etc.

Q: What is your refund policy?

All services are non refundable. Post production services are offered up to 2 revisions.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?

Studio time requires a 50% non-refundable deposit 24 hours prior to the session, to avoid cancelation of appointment. Appointment can be canceled prior to that for no cost.

Q: Will I have a finished song at the end of my session?

Clients have an option of purchasing "Mixing Insurance" for an extra $25 ensuring a professional quality mix upon leaving the studio. After your session you can also pay for additional time to mix.

Q: What do I need to bring with me to a recording session?

The only studio requirements are an open mind and an open heart!

Q: Can I bring guests to my session?

Guests are allowed in the studio. 3 people are allowed per studio session, and there is a $50 guest pass fee for each additional person due upon arrival, with a total capacity of 7 guests per session.

Mixing time is not included with studio time. Clients have the option of booking additional time for mixing at a rate of $50/hr. After session mixing can be purchased as well for an additional $100 fee

Q: What is remote Mixing?

Remote mixing services allow an artist to record their project anywhere, while still having their project finished with us. Projects generally have a 48hour turnaround once submitted.

Q: What will I receive once my song is finished?

Upon completion of your song, you will receive 24bit 44.1 kHz wav file in formats optimized for the various streaming services available.
